The activity of our company is characterized essentially in the recovery of copper and aluminum from scrap pieces and electrical cables. The process of recovery of copper and aluminum scrap from clips and wires, is divided into three different phases:

The phase of pre-grinding and storage Clips and scrap of electric cables are subjected to a first stage of trituration. The material is placed in a plant pre-grinder in order to reduce its size and make them compatible with the subsequent grinding plants.

Grinding step step The material pre-ground and silage, is sent to the next grinding step. The grinding step is carried out with a mill "rougher" and two mills "chipper"

The separation phase The shredded material is started to the system separator in which the final separation takes place between the material to recover (copper and aluminum) and the one to start to disposal and / or other recovery facilities (plastics in general).
